Return Policy | Taneja

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. All import charges to Switzerland will be deducted from your refund amount. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Please note that you will not be refunded the cost of shipping the item.

A flat rate of 10.- will be retained from the refunded amount to pay the carrier and administrative costs on all returned items.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. We reserve the right to refuse any items that we believe are damaged because of you.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (like special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Trades
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
