Do you ship abroad?
Sure and best of all, you pay no additional amount for this! However, all VAT and customs charges will be at your cost.
How will my product be packaged?
We do not use any plastic to ship your products (except for the tape used to seal the boxes and/or envelopes and the bubblewrap to protect the item). Instead, we use viscose (an organic/inorganic blend) to pack your jewelry.
Please note that we will not be held responsible if your package is damaged during the shipping process.
Can I collect my item from your Geneva store?
We offer free shipping and many of the products on our website are only available here. The shop in Geneva stocks many different products.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-4 business days to arrive in Switzerland. Deliveries abroad can last from 7 to 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Which carriers do you use?
We use the Swiss post for all shipments. The option of using Fedex is also possible.
Can I return my product?
Buying any product online can be a difficult and sometimes even a daunting task. For more than 30 years, we've built a reputation for transparency and quality. We offer a three-day return policy from the date you receive the order. We will not make exceptions for any deadline past this. The jewelry must be unworn and undamaged. Any broken jewelry will not be taken back and no refund will be issued. Should you satisfy these criteria, 80% of the amount will be refunded to you and a 20% administrative fee will be charged.
Please note: we do not accept any returns on clothing items and any item that is on sale.
